Ruled on behalf of the second Assiut Department on Tuesday, March 17, 2015 to refer two students in Assiut to the misdemeanors Court to Saturday March 21 session, and they are: “Ahmed Abdel Aal” 3rd year student at the Faculty of Law – University of Assiut and “Abdulrahman Osama Ahaoy” 3rd secondary grade student .
It is noteworthy that two students were arrested on Tuesday, 17/02/2015, after a peaceful demonstration in Assuit , and the public prosecutors accused them with several charges, notably: demonstrating without a permit, joining an outlawed group founded against the law.
