Mansoura misdemeanor Court decided on Tuesday 17/03/2015 to postpone writ submitted to the sentence of imprisonment for two years against “Ahmad Ezzat El-Sherbini” first year student at the Faculty of Education – Mansoura University, to the 23rd of March session.
It is noteworthy that the interior forces  had arrested the student arbitrarily contrary to the law of his car on 12.23.2013, where he was taken to the public Damanhur prison, and was temporary jailed pending investigation, and then refer his case and was accused of several charges like cutting off the road and disturbing public peace and resisting the authorities his case was sent to the misdemeanor court, which issued a verdict against him in March 2014 and was sentenced to 4 years imprisonment and that has been diluted in April 2014 to a prison term of only two years, and to identify the writ hearing on the final verdict on the twenty-third of March.
