Ruled on behalf of the second section of Assiut on Tuesday, 03.17.2015, to  remain in custody two students at the University of Assiut, they are: “Sameh Ahmed Mohamed” second year student at Faculty of Law, and “Mahmoud Hamdan” third year student at Faculty of Science, in case No. 72 for the year 2015, for a period of fifteen days pending investigations.
It is noteworthy that the security forces and members of the private security company “Falcon” had arrested the students arbitrarily contrary to law, and took the students from  in front the exams hall to an unknown place, where they were enforced disappearance for three days, then they wee presented later on  Tuesday, 01/06/2015 were sever torture marks were shown on them , the prosecution did not take into consideration their condition, and give them 15 days pending investigations.
