Kafr El Sheikh court decided that Mahmoud El KAssas, the student in the faculty of science, Kafr El Sheikh University, is guiltless of all the charges the prosecution accused him with. The student was illegally and arbitrarily arrested on the 26th November 2015.

Another decision was taken to reduce the firing time to a term after his lawyer provided a resumption.


Worth mentioning that the student was arrested after security members detained him after a protesting demonstration against the current regime inside the University campus. The management of the University decided to pause his learning for a whole year because he was holding Quran in the demonstration.
