Assuit military court decided last Wednesday 25/3/2015 to send Omar Mohammad El Barrad, the student in the third year, at Tahta secondary military court.

The student was arrested on the 2nd March, 2015 in from one of the coffee shops in Tahta then he was arrested at security forces campus in Tahta and he was accused with many charges including shooting a secondary school with fire works. Then he was referred to the military court.

The sentence violates the current constitution that doesn’t allow judging civilians by military judgement unless they attacked military sites. Schools aren’t military sites.
