Security forces on Wednesday dawn 01/04/2015, arrested “Moataz Althagby” student in Preparatory Division, Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University , arbitrarily contrary to law.
It is noteworthy that the security forces had arrested the student at dawn yesterday from his home and deported him to Banha prison, and the student arrest was a violation of all rights and Universal Declaration of Rights and Freedoms, which stipulates in Article IX that “no person may be arrested , detained or exile arbitrarily
