Criminal court in Zagazig ruled yesterday Thursday, April 2, 2015 to sentence the student “Islam Muhammad Farooq” 4th year student at the Faculty of Engineering to a two-year imprisonment on charges of demonstrating without a license, , belonging to an outlawed group of Case No. 15156 of 2014.
Recalling  that the student was arrested on October 20, 2014, and is currently held at the Central Security Forces Camp in Zagazig , and the student trial is within a series of unfair judgments against Egyptian university students which violate the freedom of expression guaranteed by all laws and human rights conventions.
