Item 54 from the Egyptian constitution of 2014 states that: “ Personal freedom is a natural right and it is totally conserved unless someone is caught red-handed. It is not allowed to arrest someone, inspect, imprison or limit his freedom in any way without a judicial causing order has to be followed with an investigation”

Witout taking in consideration any of these laws, security forces arrested huge numbers of students, boys and girls, in a random arbitrarily illegal way without any charges or a decision by the prosecution or a judicial order with that brushing off all what came in rights and liberties section in the constitution, specially with the items of arbitrary detention.
