- Military Court ruled in Zagazig on Tuesday April 7, 2015 to postpone the trial of ten students in Zagazig for a week, where the trial of six students in presence and the remaining four in absentia, and the names of the students came in this order:

4. Amr Saad El-sayed Mohammed Mahdi – 2nd year Faculty of Law University of Zagazig.
5. Abdullah Ahmad El-sayed Mohammed Amrh- third year Faculty of Theology Azhar Zagazig.
6. Islam Sabri Abdul Hamid El-sayed Attia Hger- Faculty of Theology Azhar Zagazig.
Second: absentee,
1. Omar Radwan Mohammed Attiyh- 4th yea Faculty of Engineering, Zagazig University.
2. Ai Mohammed Najib Abdahamid- 3rd year- Faculty of Commerce, Zagazig University.

Students are trailed militarily on charges against them in the record of the military No. 67 of 2015, as the trial of civilians before military courts is a clear violation as stated in the text of the article “204” of the current constitution, which statues that civilians may not be trialled before a military trial
