Decided on behalf of Mansoura Court on Sunday 04.12.2015 to remain in custody, “Mohamed Khaled,” student at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Mansoura University, for a period of fifteen days pending investigations.
It is noteworthy that the student had been assaulted by members of the security management of the University of Mansoura as he entered the university on Tuesday, 03/03/2015, resulting in an injury in his shoulder, to be handed over later to the security forces who took him to the headquarters of “first section Mansoura, “where he was presented before a public prosecution on Thursday, 03/05/2015 which charged him of several charges including: attacking members of the Administrative Security, in Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Mansoura University, and possession of leaflets, and then decided to remain him in custody pending investigations.
