- Shebin Court decided on Saturday, 18 \ 4 \ 2015 to release, “Abdul Hamid Allam,” intern-medicine student at University of Menoufia, in the pending case which is distribution of  leaflets in college.

It is worth mentioning that the student has been arrested arbitrarily in violation of the law on Wednesday 03/04/2015 from inside the college, which is a clear violation as stated in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights that it is not permissible to arrest anyone without a prior decision by the prosecutor or court ruling.
