Department of Public Prosecutions decided the day before yesterday Tuesday, 05/05/2015, the renewal detention for “Mohammed Abu Bakr Thami” third year student at the Faculty of Commerce Sallab University, for a period of 15 days pending investigations.
It is noteworthy that the student had been detained arbitrarily, contrary to the law, on Monday, 03/09/2015, after security Forces broke into his house and destroyed its contents, and forced hid him for two days, then he was referred to the prosecution on Monday, 12.03.2015, whom accused him of: joining a terrorist group founded against the Constitution and the law.
