Ruled on behalf of the South of Assiut court on Wednesday 05/06/2015 to imprisonment “Ziad Mohammed Fekri “, second year student at the Faculty of Medicine – University of Assiut, for a period of 15 days pending investigations.
The security forces arrested the student for the second time from his home arbitrarily contrary to the law without permission or a court order, on Wednesday, to be taken to the headquarters of the first Assiut section, and then was presented to the public prosecutor in the same day of his arrest, and he was charged with: demonstration without a permit, and to joining a banned group founded against the law, in case No. 1237 for year 2015 the first administrative Assiut, and then the decision was made to remain him in custody pending investigations, and currently being detained at the headquarters of the first section of Assiut.
