The Court of Appeal decided in Alexandria today Saturday, 05/09/2015 to commute the sentence issued against “Salah Glo” student at the Higher Institute of Engineering and Technology in Belbeis, on charges of joining a terrorist group and possession of explosives, to six months in prison after he was sentenced to prison earlier for a year, and reduce the financial fine of 50 thousand pounds to 12,500 pounds.
The student was taken to Al Montazah police office for interrogation purposes, then he found himself beaten and tortured until next morning until the prosecution decided to keep him in custody for 15 days then he was departed to Borg El Arab prison where he is now.
