The Misdemeanor decided to release the student Mohammad Shaaban, the student at the faculty of commerce, Mansoura University, today 12-2-2015 after they stated a sentence with one year and getting him to pay 20,000 pounds fine on the 10-2-2015.
Worth mentioning that the student was arbitrarily arrested from his house at the 25th October 2015 without a permission from the prosecution or the judicial institution.
The prosecution accused him with many charges such as horrifying civilians, fighting authorities, showing off power, waving with violence, provoking chaos, and disturbing security, then the case was converted to the misdemeanor court and to be released today.
