Zagazig Felonies court decided on sunday 24/5/2015 to delay the trial of the known case as city council 30 August 2013 that include 70 people include 12 student.
Students names are:
1- Mohammad Abdul Hameed Abdullah, faculty of pharmacy
2- Osama Salah Sayed Mohammad, faculty of engineering
3- Ibraheem Nabeel Abdul Haleem Solaiman
4- Islam Abdullah Kareem Abdul Hameed, Islamic preaching Azhar
5- Aly Mohammad Abdul Zaher Mohammad, faculty of engineering
6- Abdul Rahman Saaeed Ahmad Mohammad, Azhar student
7- Abdul Shafy Naser Abdul Shafy
8- Ahmad Mohammad Abdul Shafy Ghareeb, origins of religion
9- Khaled Saaeed El Sayed Mohammad, Islamic studies student
10- Mohammad Gaber Fouad Mohammad, Azhar dentistry
11- Osama Mohammad Yousof Mohammad, Azhar dentistry
12- Abdullah Mousa Aly Mousa, languages and translation student
13- Mohammad Talaat Mahdy Mohammad, Islamic studies, Azhar
students were all arrested illegally and arbitrarily on incident days and their case is recorded with the number 2412 /2013 that is being delayed without a justified reason. We condemn such arbitrary delaying for the case as well as we ask the judgemental institutions to look the case in a fair way as soon as possible.
