Military court held in Belhaxibt ruled on Monday 01/06/2015 to imprisonment for a term of three years against seven students at the University of Menoufia, and to backdrop of charges against them in the case known as “the university management” case, and the students data came as follows:
1-Bara Kamal .. fourth year student at the Faculty of Engineering, which security forces arrested him from the airport on the seventh of August, and states that it has issued a decision to release him on 30 December last year, but in another violation he was charged in that case on charges of sabotage of military installations .
2-Moman Al-aqra – fourth year student at the Faculty of Commerce, and who was arrested on Wednesday, March 5.
3-AbdulRahman Kassab – second year student at the Faculty of Law, and who was arrested on Tuesday, December 24, 2013.
4-AbdulRahman Khaled – first year student at the Faculty of Arts, and who was arrested on Tuesday, December 24, 2013.
5-Ahmad Hamed Sharaf al-Din- first year student, Faculty of Arts, and who was arrested on Tuesday, December 24th, 2013.
6-Abdullah Ramadan -third year student at the Faculty of Commerce, and who was arrested on Wednesday, March 24, 2014.
7-Ahmed Safwat – Second year student , Faculty of Engineering Production Division, and who was arrested on Wednesday, April 2, 2014.
And that provision of these judgments for some of those students like : “Abdullah Ramadan”, and “Momen AlAqra” sum up for eight years after sentenced to five years in the case known as “Albuqs”, and the student, “Ahmed Safwat” for 6 years, to a previous prison sentence of three years on 11 February.
