Al Borolos misdemeanor court acquitted Abdul Rahman Mostafa El Afifi, student in the second year faculty of agriculture, Kafr El Sheikh University, from all the accusations he was accused with, though the student is kept in custody for another case he was accused with exploding a tank.
The student was illegally arrested from his house on 12/4/2015 when he was accused of belonging to an illegal group and demonstrating without a permission then he was referred with others to the misdemeanor court. Arresting the student is violating the Universal declaration for human rights that criminalize accusing anyone without a judicial order.
