“Abdel Fattah Attiya” 1st year student at Faculty of Electrical Engineering, and “Ammar Jaber” 4th year student at the Faculty of Mechanics Engineering , two students at the Institute of Higher Technological 6-October, although they attended all examinations scheduled during the year in spite of their arrest but they were surprised to know that they failed all their exams due to their absence to attend the Mid term Exams.
Recalling that the first student, “Abdel Fattah Attiya” was arbitrary arrested against the law on Saturday, 14/02/2015 from his home, he was presented before the public prosecutor who accused him of several charges, including: burning KFC branch at the pyramid, burning Mobinil branch, planting an explosive device in front of a Mall that led to the death of an officer, and targeting security patrols.
The second student “Ammar Jaber” was arrest on 14.08.2013 from Hosary SQ , where he was charged with possession of a weapon and wounded soldiers and the wife of an officer, to be tried in front of the Criminal Court, which ruled last Monday 06/01/2015 to postpone his trial session to the first of July.
