All international charters and treaties criminalize the enforced disappearance,  although law and constitution criminalized it security forces continue to strive violation of those laws.

For more than a month and a half security forces continue to force hide: “Osama Salah al-Feki” student at Faculty of Medicine Kafr el-Sheikh University , “Ammar Farhat,” high school student and disappeared since 04/22/2015, and “Ahmed Abdel-Fattah El-Sheikh “,a graduate at the Faculty of Commerce , and disappeared since Monday, April 20, 2015, after less than ten days misdemeanors Desouk court ruled to release the student on Saturday, 11 April 2015, where he had been arrested arbitrarily, on Friday, January 23, 2015, from one of Kafr Elshikh streets.

Noting that the act of force disappearance violates all human rights laws that criminalize disappearing anyone for more than 24 hours.
