The prosecution of Eastern Abbaseya decided to renew the imprisonment of 31 Azhar students for 15 days after they were accused of exploding an apartment in Moqaweleen area in Cairo, belonging to an illegal group, attcking University buildings, hindering study and taking part in demonstrations against the current regime.

Origins of religion students were arrested on 5/5/2015 from their houses in Moqaweleen area without a permission from the prosecution the others were arrested from their student hostels in different places such as Tabba, 10th f Ramadan on 18/5/2015. All of them were disappeared for a while then they were departed to the security forces campus.

Arresting the students violate the universal declaration of human rights that says in article 9 :” No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile ” and article 58 of the Egyptian constitution that state that houses has their own privacy and they are not supposed to be stormed without a specific justifying judicial reason as well as violating the agreement of protecting individuals from enforced disappearance.
