Security forces continue to enforced disappearance “Ahmed Rabeai ” second year student at the Faculty of Dar Al Uloom – Fayoum University, with a denial of all security forces police stations & camps in Beni Suef of his exestince in any one of them amid the news of the possibility of being tortured to admit to certain charges.

Recalling that the student was abducted and arrested arbitrarily yesterday at dawn Saturday, 6/21/2015 from his home in Beni Suef, and its the second time for the student to be  arrested.

forced Disappearance is a crime against all international laws, that criminalize enforced Disappearance and its a clear violation to human rights, also its contrary to the Egyptian constitution and Laws which criminalize enforced disappearances.
