Ruled on behalf of “Kafr El-Sheikh” court on Saturday 20/06/2015 the release of “Mohammed Khalifa,” student at the Faculty of Physical Education – Al-Azhar University, Cairo Branch, of all the charges against him and the most important of which concern “demonstration without a permit, and belonging to a terrorist group.” .
It is worth mentioning that the student was arrested arbitrarily on January 29, 2015, after the end of a demonstration opposing the current regime in Desouk, where he was detained at “Desouk” police station ‘until he was presented to the prosecution, which lead him to be incarcerated up and deported to the “deportations” prison Kafr El-Sheikh .
