Security forces on Thursday, 09.07.2015 raided the house of “Abdulmalik Mohammed,” third year student at the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels – Helwan University, and in Helwan Gardens area, and arbitrary arrested him against the law, and his whereabouts remains unknown until this moment to complete today 25 days since his disappearance.

This came violation to all contrary laws stated in the text of article (6) of the Declaration on the Protection of All Persons from enforced disappearances that “it may not be invoked in any order or instruction of any public authority, civilian, military or otherwise, to justify an act of enforced disappearance
