public prosecutor ruled on Saturday, 02/21/2015 to remain in custody, “Ahmed Nafea” 1st year student at the Faculty of Engineering Sallab University for 45 days pending investigations, completing a year detention which is illegal to keep any person in custody without a case ,and the accused should not be remanded in custody only for a certain period determined by the laws as well.
It is noteworthy that the security forces had carried out the arrest of the student arbitrarily contrary to the law on the ninth of February 2014 from his home in Faqous Center – Eastern province, to be interrogated on charges of joining a terrorist Constitution, and he is still detentined in Zagazig public prison since then.
