The Court of Altagamou ‘ Alkhames has taken a decision in the held session today to release three
felmale students with the guarantee of their residency, in the case number 6495/2015, and
postponing the session untill the second of September, 2015. The female students names came as
below;
1- Israa Marzouk, the student at faculty of law- Benha University.
2- Alyaa Shoukri, the student at faculty of Fine Arts-Helwan University.
3- Jihad Hamdi, the student at faculty of commerce- Alazhar University.
It worth to mention that the students were arrested in an arbitrary way on Friday 10/7/2015 from
Almattarea area at Cairo which came as a violation of what the ninth subject of the International Chart
for Rights and Freedoms states, that “It is forbidden to arbitrary arrest, imprison or exile any human
being”
