- A continuation of the security forces and its policy against Egyptian university students and institutes, security forces on Wednesday 07/29/2015 Kidnapped “Mohammed Bakri Ahmed,” the student at the Faculty of Law, University of Assiut, and taken to an undisclosed location until this moment which remain unknown to his family and lawyer, and he is  under forced disappearance for the eighth day in a row.
It should be noted that the student forced disappearance came contrary to the provisions of the international laws and charters of human rights, especially as stipulated in Article I of the International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearances, “a person may not be invoked in exceptional circumstances whatsoever, whether a state of war or a threat war, internal political instability or any other public emergency exception, to justify enforced disappearances.
