Temporary imprisonment for a college student at Amonofiya University
Almattariya prosecution ruled by the temporary imprisonment for 15 days regarding the student Moustafa Labib, the freshman student at the faculty of sciences, Almonofiya university and that was on Monday 17/8/2015.
It was mentioned that the student was arbitrary detained from a demonstration against the current system at Almattariya, east Cairo area. And, he is detained at the Almattariya first police station, which came as a violation of what the 19th subject of The International Chart for Freedoms and Rights stated that ” Everyone has the freedom of speech and expressing their opinion that includes the freedom of adopting opinions, listening to news and ideas and broadcasting them anyway without sticking to Geographical borders”.
