It was decided on behalf of first Mansoura court yesterday Thursday 03/09/2015 to remain in custody, “Akram Mohammad Rashid” fourth year student at the Faculty of Engineering – Department of Civil Engineering, Mansoura University, for a period of fifteen days pending investigations.

The student had been arrested arbitrarily by the security forces on Thursday, 06.08.2015 then being led to an undisclosed location where he remained under enforced disappearance for two days, a large spread of news that he endured torture during his disappearance to admit to certain charges, his  his first appearance was on Sunday, 08.09.2015 at the headquarters of the Public Prosecution, which accused him of several charges including: belonging to a banned group founded against law, and attract students in the new school year, and then the public prosecutor issued a decision to keep him in custody pending investigations with attributed to him of the charges.
