Following the same policy security forces used to have while dealing with Egyptian University and institutes students, security forces arrested Mohammad Gamal Zaky El Tayesh, student in the faculty of commerce and Mahmoud Zakareya Idrees, the student in the technical commercial institute from their houses early in the morning of Sunday 9/8/2015 and they didn’t inform their families nor their lawyers to be considered forcibly disappeared for the 29th day in a row.

What the students face is absolutely violating all laws and norms specially, the first article in the international agreement for protecting individuals from enforced disappearance, that stated that: ” It is not allowed to get an excuse from any exceptional circumstances such as War, war threat, internal political instability or any other circumstances to justify enforced disappearance.

From our side we at ” Freedom Seekers Monitor ” , we put the charge of the students’ complete safety and security on the national security forces, specially after hearing news about exposing students to torture in order to confess some crimes they didn’t commit.
