South Mansoura persecution decided on Monday, 14-9-2015, to renew the temporary imprisonment of the two sisters Radwa Mohammad Elmandour And Rawaa Mohammad Elmandour who are enrolled in faculty of Islamic Studies, first and second year in order, Alazhar University and their mother Hasnaa Almetwalli for 15 days under the investigations.
It was mentioned that the security farbitrarily arrested the three of them from their house at Meet Elkhouli which follows Minyet Elnasr Center on Sunday, 28-6-2015, where they were exposed to the Minyet Elnasr persecution, which accused them of many charges, the most outstanding one was possessing explosions in the report number8793/2015 at the Misdemeanor Court of Minyet Elnasr, where they are imprisoned under investigations until now.
What happened to both the students and their mother is considered as a declared violation of the current constitution, subject number 58, which states that “Houses has sacredness. Unless under the case of danger, SOS; they must not be entered, monitored, inspected or watched without a caused judicial order, which states the place, the timing and the purpose and all of the house’s inhabitants should be informed of the decision.” In addition, it also came as a violation of the subject number 54 “Freedom is a personal right, it is preserved; cannot be touched. Unless under the case of the flagrante; no one should be arrested, restricted, inspected or deprived of his liberty without a caused judicial order, which requires investigations.”
