The prosecution of the first police station in 6th of October decided on Monday, 14-9-2015, to renew the temporary imprisonment

of three students at Misr University for Sciences and Technology for 15 days under investigations.

The students names came as below:

1- Mohammad Adel, who is enrolled in faculty of business administration, MUST.

2- Muhammad Eisa, who is enrolled in the third year of faculty of Information and Technology, MUST.

3- Gamal Elbeily, who is enrolled in the third year of faculty of Information and Technology, MUST.

It worth to mention that the students were arbitrarily arrested from their houses in the first and

second October police rounds, they were led after that to the first October persecution, which accused

them of trying to assassin the police officer of the first police station of October and the investigation

head, they were sent to the Centetral Security camp at the tenth and half kilo, Egypt Alexandria road.

The students’ arbitrary detention came as a violation of the current constitution, especially subject

number 54 which states that “Freedom is a personal right, it is preserved: cannot be touched. Unless,

under the case of flagrante; no one should he arrested, restricted, inspected or deprived of his liberty

without a caused judicial order which requires investigations.”
