worth mentioning that the general prosecution accused students with many charges including, demonstration without a permission and provoking riots, the case was directed to felonies court accordingly at the end of last June.

That wasn’t the only violation students face, students faced a series of humiliations and violations.

Worth mentioning that girls faced violations against all honor documents since they were arrested. They faced beating and harassment during arresting, as well as dragging in the well known incident of Al Qanater Prison. One of them was ousted to Banha Prison with three students were taken out to the deportations car without their hair cover “ Hijab” or any type of first aids to their bruises, as one of the most blatant violations to their least physical and human treatment rights. Last but not least the incident of having snakes inside their detention places besides keeping them with drugs traders and dangerous criminals.

Another violation, when some of the accused students in this case faced number of violations such as sending them away from their detention place without any notification to be found later on in Torrah prison, they were deprived from their medicines and covers which is considered a blatant violation to the Universal declaration of human rights.

Also, we have received news about another violation when lawyers were prevented from attending the trial session that the department decided to leave due to “ feeling embarrassed”. Also, security forces didn’t bring girls to the 15th session.
Freedom Seeker Observatory condemns such repeated violations against Egyptian students and the blatant trespass to their least human rights even if they are arrested.
We put the specialized sides all responsibilities and we are asking for an urgent investigation in these violations and punishing the involved individuals. They are also responsible for the student’s safety and we demand a fair trial for them.
