Public Prosecution in Mansoura first decided on Sunday 04/10/2015 to remain in custody: “Abdullah ElDesoki,” and “Abdul Majeed Shihab”  students at the Faculty of Engineering Mansoura University, for a period of 15 days pending investigations.

It recalls that the students had been arrested arbitrarily from one of the streets on Monday, 29/06/2015 in violation of Article IX of the Universal Declaration of Rights and Freedoms as “no person may be arrested or arbitrary detention or exile.”
