Military Court ruled in Aswan on Monday 11/30/2015 on “Mahmoud Mohamed Dora”4th year student at the Faculty of Aswan University Social Work , to a military prison for seven years, and life imprisonment for 28 others in absentia, known as “General Hospital events” issue.
It is worth mentioning that the student had been arbitrarily arrested on 05/05/2015 and was forced to hide for eight days to be his first appearance on 05.13.2015 the public prosecutor accused him of numerous charges including: the bombing of an armored police car, the attack on members of the police, belonging to a banned group, destruction of public property, and possession of a weapon without a license, it has been following these charges student forwarded to the military trial.
