Misdemeanor Court ruled in Mansoura on Sunday 20/12/2015 to postpone the sentencing hearing to Sunday 10.1.2016 and accused in it “Abdulhadi Alawadla”, “Yasser Zaini,” and “Ahmed Gad” students at the Faculty of Engineering Mansoura University , on charges of belonging to the Muslim Brotherhood.
It is worth mentioning that the students had been detained arbitrarily contrary to the law on 31/07/2015 from a public street of city of Mansoura,they were also taken to an unknown location was not disclosed to any of their relatives or their lawyers, where this violation was in violation of Article I of the International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearances that “it may not be invoked under any exceptional circumstances whatsoever, whether a state of war or a threat of war, internal political instability or any other public emergency exception, to justify enforced disappearances.
