Mansoura Military Court decided on Sunday 14/2/2016 to postpone the trial of eight people, including “Ahmed Amin Mohamed Kamal Abdel Aal” fourth year at the Faculty of Law, Mansoura University, and “Rajai Mohammad Farhat” graduate of the Faculty of Law, Mansoura University, to the hearing on Sunday 02/21/2016.

Stating that the student “Ahmed Amin” was arbitrarily arrested against the law, on Sunday, 15/03/2015, where He was force hidden nearly for a week, where He was severely tortured at the headquarters of “first Mansoura” section, to force him to confess to certain charges, until his first appearance on Sunday 22/3/2015 to be brought before a public prosecutor who accused him of several charges, and jailed him pending investigations, Without opening any investigations in the crime of enforced disappearance and torture, which done against him.

Furthermore ..Security Forces has arrested the student Mohammad Ragaeai Farhat arbitrarily on 15/3/2015 and he was forcibly disappeared in the first Mansoura police office,Where He was also subjected to severe torture, beating, electric shocks for long periods, until it was presented to the public prosecutor on Saturday, 3.28.2015, which remanded him in custody pending investigations, and then the imprisonment of the students continued up until were referred to the military judiciary against the backdrop accused of several charges, notably: Bombing two bombs on the headquarters of the National Security perimeter and on the hangout of the conservative, bombing a bomb in front of the village “Mitt Mozah”, bombing two bombs at the Court of Mit Ghamr, and made a remotely control aircraft to be used in the bombing.

It is noteworthy that what is done against students from arbitrary arrest without a warrant, and then exposing them for the crimes of enforced disappearance and torture to prison terms, all this is a clear violation of Articles No. (54) and (55) of the current Egyptian constitution, which criminalized the first arrest of any person without permit or injunction reasoned, as necessitated that brought before the investigation authority within twenty four (24) hours as of the time of restricting his/her freedom.’ the second, criminalized subjecting any person to be arrested to torture, intimidation or physical or psychological abuse, which is what the policy security services under the current system of Egypt violated and not be bound by it.
