The misdemeanor court in Belbais ,Sharqeya decided on the last Thursday 5-3-2015, to delay the trial session of Anas Mousa, the student in the first year, Higher technology institute HTI. The session was supposed to discuss the appeal regarding the 3 years sentence that he got earlier in one out of 3 cases, the student is charged in. The other 2 cases haven’t been discussed yet.

Worth mentioning that the student was arbitrarily and illegally arrested from his house for the first time on 12 March 2014, then he was released, but he was arrested again on the 2nd June 2014 then he was tortured in the security forces campus. The student was shot on his face on 6th, October 2013 led to smashing the right side of his face and losing the sight in his right eye.
