Ahmad El sayed Ahmad Mahmoud Ghonaiman, the student in the second year, open University in Benha then he was arrested arbitrarily and illegally from his house on the 25-2-2015 then he was taken to the security forces campus.
Worth mentioning that the prosecution accused him with belonging to an illegal group and demonstrating without a permission; so, they decided to imprison him for 15 days. Another 15 days were renewed suddenly in the absence of the student’s lawyer, the clear violation to the law that guarantees the civilian’s right to get his lawyer to defend him with the prosecution or the specialized courts.
The first but not last violation security forces committed against the student that security forces torn away all the student’s medical papers that prove that he suffers renal failure and that he had a kidney planting surgery earlier, the surgery that requires his regular attendance to Ghonaim medical center in Mansoura for check up and treatment.
Al Khanka court rejected the appeal the student provided and the insisted to keep him despite his bad health condition.
The student’s brother added that the security forces prohibit any medicines to the student. Also, drinking contaminated water in prison makes his medical situation more serious but still they refuse to get him to the medical center. The violation against all documents that guarantees everyone’s right to get his medicine and not to expose his life to danger.
