Assuit Appeals court decided on Tuesday 10/3/2015 to refuse the appeal by Ahamd Mostafa Abdul Rahman. The appeal was regarding the prosecution decision to keep him in prison for 15 days for investigation.

Worth mentioning that the student was illegally and arbitrarily arrested from his house in Manfalout,on 4/2/2015, Assuit to face the the charges of belonging to an illegal group and demonstrating without a permission in case number 764 for the year 2015.

Worth mentioning that the student had a heart attack due to an open heart surgery that he had earlier. The prison had to send him to Assuit University hospital until his health conditions are stable. The prosecution didn’t consider that and renewed his imprisonment without taking in consideration his medical condition.
