Ruled on behalf of Shebin public court on Tuesday, 17/03/2015 to sentenced five students at the University of Menoufia to 15 days pending investigations, and their Details as follows:
1. Mustafa Fawzi Mustafa – 3rd year student – Faculty of Agriculture.
2-Mahmoud Mohammed Abualmkarem – 2nd year student – Faculty of Agriculture.
3. Mahmoud Maher Ashmouni – second year student – Faculty of Engineering.
4. Ahmed Khaled Tawfiq Shahin – student Faculty of Engineering.
5-Mahmoud Amer – 2nd year student – Faculty of Science.
It is noteworthy that the security forces had arrested the students arbitrarily contrary to the law on Monday, on 16/03/2015 randomly from the street after a protest against the current system in Menofia, where they were take to Shebin police station, they have been also brought before a prosecutor today, who accused them on protesting without a permit & joining a terrorist group
