11 AM, 14th August 2013, was the last time free when he was taken from the field hospital in Nahda square where the sit in against the current regime took place.

Hassan Abdul Rafee’ Mohammad Al Aadawy, a student in the third year, faculty of commerce, Cairo university, spent almost a year and a half now in Wadi El Natroun. He suffered from many physical and psychological humiliations, charges without any proof then a cluster of meetings with prosecution that always renews imprisonment without any proofs of logical reasons.

Till this moment the student is still detained without converting him to a trial or looking at releasing him, they didn’t even considering his future as a University student.

That is a clear violation for all laws including the Egyptian constitution that guarantees everyone’s right to live with freedom and dignity, as well as it criminalizes arbitrary detention for anyone without a judicial order.

We condemn these suppressive practices that happened and that are still happening against Egyptian students  without a real crime but expressing their opinion, the right reserved by law as a basic one. Rather than that they get arbitrarily arrested and whole years get wasted. We demand setting all the arbitrarily arrested students as long as there is no proof to judge them in court
