21 Cairo Criminal Court held in  Wadi Natrun prison decided on Monday 30/03/2015 to postpone  the Criminal Case No. 4163 in Azbakia known in media as “Fath Mosque case” to 04.26.2015 session to hear the prosecution witnesses.
It is noteworthy that the case accused three students of Al-Azhar University, including: “Ibrahim Al-Yamani,” the student in al-Azhar university and a trainee doctor in  Assiut branch who are on a hunger strike for 350 days, and “Ahmed Bedaiwi,” ,”Ahmed Abu Saada,” students at the Faculty of Engineering Al-Azhar University – Cairo Branch also “Mohamed Sobhi Akosheche” fourth year engineering student Sallab university.

Moreover,  security forces had carried out the arrest of the students arbitrarily contrary to the law on 16.08.2013 from the vicinity of Fath Mosque in Cairo, after scattering a march against the current system and condemning Rabia & Nahda massacres , also mentioning that the doctor “Ibrahim al-Yamani” was arrested while doing his job  which is  attending  injured by the security forces who attacked them with live ammunition and bullet cartridges and tear gas, and excessive use of force which resulted in many deaths and injuries, also resulted in the arrest of a large number of participants in the demonstration arbitrarily which violated all the provisions by international laws , conventions and the laws of the Egyptian interior that ensured everyone the right to express their opinion freely without hurting them
