Decided on behalf of first Mansoura court on Monday 30/03/2015 to renew the temporary imprisonment for “Mohamed Khaled Almeselhi” second year student at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Mansoura University, for 15 days pending investigations, then he was presented before a public prosecutor who accused him of several charges where the most important was : Intruder on the security of the Faculty of Medicine , possession of leaflets and belonging to an outlawed group.
It is worth mentioning that the student has been arrested arbitrarily in violation of the law on March 3, 2015 as he entered the University Gate of School of Medicine, to be presented to the prosecutor, who acknowledged his imprisonment , as in other violation is noteworthy that the student had been injured & wounded in his shoulder after security forces attacked him the moment of his arrest, which is considered a violation of all laws which stipulates that it may not subject any individual to violations or torture while in detention or during the period of his arrest
