In a new Violation of Rights against Egyptian Students it was issued by Departments of Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Science, Mansoura University, Tuesday, 31.03.2015 the decision to expel both, “Abdel Halim Mahmoud Chennaoui”, prep student at the Faculty of Engineering, and “Khalid Mohammed Jblaah”, second year student at the Faculty of Science final year Student.
It is noteworthy that the students had been accused of taking part in a demonistration against the current regime within the campus of Mansoura University and attacking the university security , and so on Tuesday, 03/10/2015, they were referred for investigation, so the two departments management yesterday issued a decision to expel the students, in clear violation of Article (126) of the Regulations for the Law of the Egyptian universities, which have been mentioned in Article No. (126) as follows: “Oral and written alert warning, denial of student services, dismissal for no more a month, prevention of entering the examinations in the decision of one or more of the total duration of the dismissal of no more than a semester, then more than one semester, and finally Expulsion.
