The public prosecutor ruled yesterday Friday 04/04/2015 to sentence the student “Moataz Althagba” 2nd year student at Faculty of Engineering – Cairo University, to remain in custody for a period of fifteen days pending investigations.
It is noteworthy that the student was arrested arbitrarily in violation of the law from his home by security forces, at dawn on Wednesday, 04/01/2015, and deported him to Banha prison,were he remain in till now and the student arrest was a violation of all rights and Universal Declaration of Rights and Freedoms, which stipulates in Article IX that “no person may be arrested , detained or exile arbitrarily
