Ruled by the public prosecutor on Monday, 04.27.2015 to remain in custody “Essam Ali Metwly ” second year student at the Faculty of Arts, Mansoura University, for a period of fifteen days pending investigations.

Recalling that the student was arrested arbitrarily in violation of the law on Jan 20 from 
his home in Dekerness Center , where he was forced to hide for several days before being 
presented to the prosecutor for the first time.
