Kafr El Sheikh misdemeanor court decided to delay the judgement session for the student Abdul Rahman Mostafa EL Afifi, the student in the faculty of agriculture, Kafr El Sheikh University to 2/6/2015.

The student was arrested on the 12/4/2015 and he was accused of belonging to Muslim brotherhood and demonstrating without a permission the he was referred to the misdemeanor court. This violation is against the universal declaration of human rights that says it is criminalized to arrest anyone without a permission from the prosecution or a request from judgement.
