/Gamasa prison refused to move Aly Ahmad Aly, the student in the faculty of Law, Zagazig University to the security campus in Zagazig to take his exams although he has completed his papers and the needed procedures for taking the exam and approving them by the University head and the general lawyer.

The student was arrested on the 19/9/2014 from his house in Zagazig the he was sentenced to 3 years and a financial fine for case number 5001 for 2014.

Freedom seekers observatory condemns these repeated violations such as storming houses, arbitrary detention, arbitrary trials and deprivation from the guaranteed rights that all human rights and laws stated. Also, we demand respecting the law, article 28 that state that ” prison management teaches prisoners with taking in consideration: ” age, interests, sentence time”
