After fourteen days of force hiding, it ruled on behalf of the Imbaba first court on Thursday, 06.18.2015 at his first appearance to imprisonment for a period of fifteen days pending investigation for “Mahmoud Jalal Mohamed Nasr” first year student at the Faculty of Commerce – Cairo open University , who is married and aged 28 years.
Recalling that the student has been arrested arbitrarily on Thursday, 06/04/2015 at exactly six o’clock in the morning after storming his house, to be taking then to an unidentified location
Where parents have reported the news in a timely manner for their son suffered severe operations of systematic psychological and physical torture led to the liquidation of one of his eyes, and also that their torturing him to  force him to confess several charges did not commit.
Charges that he was chraged of is : incitement to murder Secretary Officer, and demonstrate without a permit, and in further violation “kilometer 10″ prison administration refuses to allow his family to visit him in a violation of all principles and worldwide regulations.
